I am not very strong. I go to the gym to work out every week to do cardio but I want to do weights too. Some people say that I shouldn't because it stunts my growth but i see other kids do it too. Should I?

Hi Zach,
I don't know your age but a great way to develop strength that's safe and also fun at the same time is through team sports. Is there a sport you like or anything offered at your school that you could see yourself getting involved in?
